It was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, the food was beautifully presented, the portions were generous, and my husband and I were also thrilled with the desserts. The waitress was very friendly and asked if we liked everything. We replied that we were 100% satisfied. I would have given it 6 stars, but unfortunately, only 5! Amazing, highly recommended!

Entering the cafe can be instantly indicative of what your visitor will be like. This is a relatively new opening for the Patachou Cafe. It’s beautiful and cozy if you’re not there at a prime time (any normal meal period). If it’s quiet outside it’ll likely be cozy and nice inside. You may go at a busy time and you can enter into a tumultuous & noisy zone that is almost like a wall of sound. It can be fixed by putting sound deadening tiles on the ceiling. You’d need to have them look very nice and not industrial. The service has always been top notch anytime I’ve been there. They are picking excellent servers with skill, not fulfilling pure culturally strange folk. I’ve saved the food quality to the end on purpose. It is soooo good this new edition to the Fishers’ District that I wrestle with my desire to eat there every time I’m in the area. Great breakfasts and lunches. Truly divine. Even Nero couldn’t find fault with the food! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

If you need to host a small gathering I highly recommend this place. The staff, service, and food has always been wonderful each time I go. So I knew this would be no different. They made it so easy to come in, do a quick decorate and then relax, enjoy some friendships and great food. Huge thanks to Ruth and Mike for helping me make this happen.

It's okay. Shockingly expensive for what it is. We've been here 3 or 4 times since opening. The coffee is almost always burnt. Weird combo of some things feeling premium, like the menu, and then others like seating and tables made out of flimsy Ikea furniture. Food is very average. It's never bad but for what you pay, I'd expect freshly made. It isn't. A lot of the food is pre-packaged so they won't let you remove ingredients on certain foods. It's still a cool spot and it has great views of 116th which is fun and makes Fishers feel a little bigger than it is.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place sooner! It took months after I moved to Indianapolis for me to try Patachou. When I did, it was one of the loveliest brunches I've ever had. Granted my company was a big part of it, but Patachou's food made the afternoon shine. Since then I've become a regular at the locations, and the Fishers location is by far my favorite. The food is always top notch, deliciously flavored, and elegantly plated (a real feast for the eyes!). My favorite is the Cuban Breakfast Bowl, but I've had lots of others from omelettes to salads, and from bacon to brownie. Recently I have been working my way through the rest of the menu, thoroughly enjoying the Eggs in Purgatory and Chilaquiles -- both to die for. The thing that makes this location shine for me though is the people. The service is always outstanding, friendly, and super fast. They always have great suggestions when I can't make up my mind and I've yet to be disappointed! While I know some may comment on the pricing, and it may lean on the high side, getting a scratch-made, fresh and tasty lunch for under $20 in Fishers while also supporting small business is a feat, and anyone who cares this much about food has my vote. The ambiance is great with sleek, hip, modern furnishings dabbed with an artsy touch. The patio has great afternoon shade during the warmer months. The noise level can be high when the inside is packed, I'll give it that, but it hasn't ever kept from enjoying my experience.

My recent visit to Café Patachou in Fishers, IN was definitely a mixed bag that ended on a high note. I came in looking for a relaxing solo breakfast, but I got a bit more excitement than I expected right from the moment I walked in. As I entered, the front area was absolutely packed — at least 15 people standing near the host stand, and not a single visible staff member managing the chaos. I made my way through the crowd only to be physically shoved aside by a group of people trying to cut ahead. Naturally, I stood my ground and let them know that wasn’t going to fly: “Nope. We’re not doing the cutting.” Turns out they were being paged to be seated — a detail clarified by the host (who I didn’t even realize was the host at first, given the lack of clear staff presence or organization). Her response? “Um… actually, I paged them because their table was ready.” That’s fair — but when the front of the house is this disorganized and swarming with people, it’s hard to tell who’s who or what the process is. I let her know that clearer structure and staff visibility would help ease confusion. No harm, no foul. Just a funny, chaotic start. Thankfully, things turned around quickly. A male host took over and smoothed everything out. He acknowledged the situation, understood the confusion, and promptly found me a table. His calm demeanor and quick action made up for the initial awkwardness, and I appreciated that he kept things moving with professionalism and respect. Once seated, my server was fantastic — super friendly, efficient, and communicative. From the jump, they carried a positive attitude and ensured everything I needed was handled without delay. A+ service. I ordered the Cobb Salad — no modifications or additions — and was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients tasted fresh and well-balanced. The avocado was perfectly ripe, the greens were crisp, and the combination of red onion, tomato, and bacon all worked harmoniously. It didn’t feel overly heavy but was still filling and flavorful. A solid choice if you’re looking for something light but satisfying. The outdoor seating area also deserves a mention. The view is charming — a wide-open, pedestrian-friendly patio surrounded by brick buildings and local art. I especially liked the mural that added some color and character to the space. That said, there’s a good chunk of seating that’s exposed to direct sunlight, so timing your visit with some cloud cover or wearing sunglasses would go a long way. On a breezy day with light cloud cover like today, the shade was just right. Final thoughts: Despite a rocky beginning, Café Patachou made a solid comeback. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the vibe — once seated — was relaxed and enjoyable. If the front-of-house operations were a bit more organized, the overall experience would have been five stars. I’d still recommend giving it a try, especially if you enjoy casual brunch spots with good outdoor seating and clean, quality food.
